Hey Dave - I figured out how to fix it, there's a small reset whole to stick a safety pin end into. Mine's about 9 months old, and I use it to death.
Ah, the reset hole. The last time I used mine was... Thursday. I now have a paper clip tucked away inside the carrying case in case it grips again - it died Thursday on the elevator on the way in to work... The one place where people I don't know (or care about) want to talk to me...
