Am I the only person in my office who knows that if the lawyers aren't happy, we're screwed?

I swear, between Sandra and Stephanie ignoriong the phones and emails, and the network guys being completely out of touch with the users, my jaw is sore from clenching it while I've been yelled at by pissed of lawyers who are losing billable time because I can't get any answers out of anyone.
