MP3 player update: Talked to Alex in India, and after a few minutes of being on hold he agreed that the thing was broken. They're sending me a brand new one (I paid for that warrentee for a reason), then I'll send the broken one back.

Now I just have to put up with Columbia's shitty radio situation until then.

Here's hoping you get yours back faster than I got mine - of course, Samsung had me send mine in to their repair facility in New Jersey, and I had to wait 2+ weeks for it.

And when those people tell you "brand new", don't be surprised if they don't furnish you with a refurbished unit instead. (Felt it fair to warn ya.) At least yours is getting replaced - mine still has that stupid issue where it's picking up duplicated songs and randomly putting them in playlists. No biggie for 99.9% of the world, but crummy when it picks "Cinnamon Girl", and it begins with me talking over it. Keep the KNPL stuff with the KNPL shows, dammit!
